We ship vacuum parts, accessories, and machines across Canada and the USA with fast processing, live tracking, and clear communication.
Order Processing
- In-stock orders: Ship the same business day when placed by 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri); otherwise, next business day.

- Out-of-stock / special order: we’ll email an ETA within 1 business day and keep you updated until it’s delivered.
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian and U.S. statutory holidays.
Delivery Methods & Tracking
- Carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx (for U.S. orders, USPS may complete last-mile delivery).
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is fulfilled.
- PO Boxes / rural routes: ship via Canada Post/USPS where applicable.

- Alberta/Saskatchewan/BC/Manitoba: 1–5 business days
- Ontario/Quebec: 3–6 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 4–8 business days
- Territories & remote areas: 6–10 business days

- Contiguous U.S.: 4–8 business days (Expedited options: 2–4 business days)
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 6–12 business days

Rates & Free Shipping
- Free shipping promotions may apply and will be shown at checkout when eligible. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight/size, destination, and service level.
- Oversize/Heavy items (e.g., central vacuum power units, 2″ pipe/fittings) may carry a surcharge or be excluded from free-shipping promos; details appear at checkout.
- U.S. orders: any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Local Options
- Free in-store pickup is available. You’ll receive a “Ready for pickup” email once your order is prepared.
- Same-day local courier may be available for in-stock parts (Mon–Fri); ask us for a quote.
Partial Shipments & Backorders
If some items are ready and others are backordered, we may split your order at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
Signature, Insurance & High-Value Orders
- Orders over $300 or larger parcels may require a signature on delivery.
- All shipments include limited carrier insurance. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Lithium Batteries & Restricted Items
- Lithium batteries (e.g., cordless vacuum packs) typically ship by ground and may arrive in a separate package.
- Some items have carrier restrictions; we’ll notify you if this affects your order.
Address Issues & Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refused delivery, we’ll refund the item(s) minus round-trip shipping once received. Reshipments can be arranged at cost.
Holiday, Weather & Carrier Delays
Peak seasons and severe weather can extend timelines. We’ll keep you informed and provide updated ETAs if delays occur.
